How do I search for a property?
Use the search bar on the home page or the Properties page. You can filter by category (residential, commercial or land), whether you want to buy, rent or lease, location and budget.
How do I book a site visit or viewing?
Tap "Enquire on WhatsApp" on any property, or send us a message through the contact form. We'll agree on a convenient day and time to show you the property.
How do I know a plot or property is genuine?
We only list properties whose ownership documents we have checked. Before you pay, we encourage you to carry out an official search at the Lands Registry and to involve your own advocate – we'll help you with the process.
Can you sell, let or manage my property?
Yes. Contact us with details of your property and we'll arrange an inspection and explain how we can market it, find tenants or manage it on your behalf.
Do you offer payment plans on land?
Some of our land projects offer instalment payment plans. Payment terms are listed on each property, or you can ask us about a specific plot.
How do I pay safely?
Only make payments to official company accounts confirmed in writing by Wickron, and always get a receipt and a signed sale or lease agreement. Never pay a deposit to an individual's personal number.
